1) Process the video space images which were switched currently.
2)Control the LED indicator to be in red when parking space is occupied and green when it is free by serial port communication.
•Recognize the license plate. •Transfer the datas including the license No., car image,current time,parking location to SQL database of server by network making preparation for car searching
3 )Analyze SQL database of parking space status from server by network communication statistically.
4 )Background program of sever inquires parking stastus information of SQL database regularly and analyzes the datas of LED displays which is required to update.
5) The server transfers the statistical data of each LED display to its nearest multi video processor which will control it.
